摘要
对端羧基产生的原因及其对纺丝性能的影响进行了讨论 ,发现聚酯的端羧基值在 3 0mol t左右时 ,长丝生产线的断头有明显的减少 ,并运用正交实验法对影响端羧基值的条件进行了优选 ,采用优选条件控制聚酯的端羧基值在 3 0mol t左右。
The generated reasons of carboxyl end group and its effect on spinning properties are discussed.It is found out that when the carboxyl end group value is about 30 mol/t,the broken end appearance in the filament production line is reduced.The conditions which have effect on the carboxyl end group value are optimized with the orthogonal experiment method.The carboxyl end group value of PET which is controlled by the optimization control condition is about 30 mol/t.
