摘要
考虑 139.7套管内侧钻水平井环空间隙小、曲率大等因素 ,应用间隙元法对下部钻具组合进行非线性静力学分析 ,求得钻具的变形、应力、摩阻力和接触力 ,结合 139.7套管内弯螺杆钻具的提放试验结果 ,建立了弯螺杆钻具组合通过能力的判定条件和计算公式 ,并在大庆油田侧钻水平井中得到应用和验证。
Considering small circular gap and large hole curvature in the 139.7mm casing,the nonlinear mechanics analysis of BHA is carried out by gap-element method.According to the deformation,stress,frictional resistance and contact force of BHA and the experiment result of pulling and running curved motor within 139.7mm casing,the decision condition and formulas of BHA's passing capacity have been derived.This method is applied and verified in the 139.7mm casing sidetracking horizontal well of Daqing Oilfield.
