摘要
针对家用电冰箱和空调器的制冷剂充注量进行了分析研究 ,建立了数学模型 ,编制了计算程序 ,对空调器内用R2 90取代R2 2 ,电冰箱内用R2 90 /R6 0 0a取代R12的充注量进行了计算 ,计算结果表明R2 90的最佳充注量约为R2 2原充注量的 4 3%左右 ,R2 90 /R6 0 0a的最佳充注量约为原充注量的 4 1%左右 ;根据计算结果在三种空调器和一种电冰箱上进行了试验 ,结果吻合较好 ;
On base of the mathematics model found for the charging quantity of refrigerant,the program calculation had been completed to charge the nature refrigerants R290 and R290/R600a as the replacements into domestic refrigerator and air conditioner especially.The results from the computation show that the best charging quantity of R290 and R290/R600a is only 43% and 41% comparing to the weight of R22 and R12. Using these, the tests had been done in three different air conditioners and a refrigerator. The good measuring data had been obtained concerned saving energy.
