摘要
采用3种不同水平的玉米糖包被尿素颗粒料对24头约17月龄的利木赞和延边黄牛的F1代进行了应用效果试验。结果表明:经60 d的饲养试验,试验各组牛的平均日增重分别为0.82,1.01,0.94 kg,与对照组的平均日增重(0.61 kg)相比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验各组平均采食的颗粒料量分别为(191.40±2.28),(174.50±4.23),(167.50±4.60)g/d;试验各组牛的有机物、粗蛋白质、粗纤维的消化率较对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);干物质、粗脂肪消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。补饲颗粒料,可以提高粗料采食量及血液中的NH3浓度,但血氨浓度较对照组升高速度慢,不会造成中毒。
An experiment was conducted to examine the application effect of pellet-urea coated with corn-sugar under 3 different levels in 24 F1 of Limousin × Yanbian Yellow Cattle of 17 months. The results showed that in the following 60-day feeding trial, the daily gain of cattle in group 1,2and 3 were 0.82, 1.01, and 0.94 kg respectively, all greatly higher ( P < 0.01) than that of the control group (0.61 kg) ; average pellet intakes of group 1,2 and 3 were ( 191.40 ± 2.28) , ( 174.50 ± 4.23) , and (167.50 ± 4.60) g/d respectively; digestibility of organic matter, crude protein and crude fibre was greater ( P < 0.01) than that of the control group; there were not any statistical differences ( P > 0.05) on digestibility of dry matter and ether extract. The intake of crude fodder and the concentration of NH3 in blood increased by supplementary feeding pellet, but the speed increase of trial group was lower than that of the control, therefore, it won't lead to poisoning in trial group.
