摘要
研究离子排斥色谱法分离测定有机酸 ,选用最常见的盐酸作淋洗液 ,以四丁基氢氧化铵为再生液 ,考察了淋洗液浓度、流量等因素对分离和测定的影响 ,对 12种有机酸在阴离子排斥色谱柱上的保留行为进行了系统的研究·指出HPICE AS1柱分离有机酸以离子排斥效应为主 ,同时也存在离子交换效应·通过实验确定最佳色谱条件 ,并在此条件下 ,测定啤酒中的有机酸·
The separation and detection of popular organic acids by ion exclusion chromatography were developed. The effect of concentration and flow quantity of the eluant on the separation and detection was investigated by using common HCl acid as eluant and the TBA-OH as regenerant. The reservation of 12 kinds of organic acids in anion exclusion column was systematically stuied. It is shown that ion exclusion effect plays an important role on the separation identified by HPICE-AS1 column, while the ion exchange mechanism also plays a role. The optimum operation condition of the seperation and detection was established. On this condition, organic acids in a beer were tested successfully.
