摘要
本文对差谱拐点法同时测定多组份氨基酸的原理及分析方法进行了探讨,并采用这种方法对相互干扰严重的苯丙氨酸,酪氨酸及色氨酸同时测定,结果令人满意。
A method for the simultaneous determination of phenylalanine, tryptophan and tyrosine in aromatic amino acids is discussed. It is based on the consideration that when the concentration of the solution of reference is varied, two inflection points will appear. This method is simple, convenient, distinctive and accurate.
