摘要 研究了锌-水杨醛-2-苯并噻唑腙荧光反应新体系。锌与试剂络合物的荧光激发波长λ_(ex)为420nm,发射波长λ_(em)为480nm。反应在pH8.6的50%(V/V)乙醇介质中进行。锌量在0~1.0μg/10mL范围内,荧光强度与锌量成正比,方法灵敏度为3ng/mL络合物组成比为1:2。方法用于化学试剂中微量锌的检测,结果令人满意。 A new fluorescence reaction of zinc with salicylaldehyde-2-benzothiazolylhydrazone has been studied. The fluorescence excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 420nm and 480nm respectively. The reaction was carried out at pH8.6 in an aqueous-ethanol medium (50% V/V). The linear range is 0~1.0μg/10mL. The sensitivity of the method is 3ng/mL. The molar ratio of zinc to reagent is found to be 1:2. The proposed method has been used for the determination of trace zinc in chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
