摘要
目的:为探求一种简单有效的内眦赘皮矫治方法。方法:采用内眦赘皮W成形术,即Y-V推进与两处三角形皮肤切除,均与重睑术同时完成。结果:1999年至今矫治内眦赘皮32例,术后效果满意,术后1个月3例出现内眦部增生发红,2例出现下睑部增生发红,3个月后逐渐软化消退。经随访2周至1年,均获得满意的疗效。结论:该手术方法设计简单,操作容易,符合生理要求,术后内眦成形良好,瘢痕不显,值得推广应用。
Objective:To find a simple and effective method for correction of epicanthal fold. Methods: W - plasty was applied in the correction of epicanthal fold, it was Y - V plasty and incision of two - triangle skin, and all that double eyelidplasty was done simultaneous. Results:It has been applied clinically to correct the epicanthal fold in 32 cases since 1999, the follow -up periods were 2 weeks to 1 year, it is found that one month post operation, 3 cases occurred redness in the epithal incision, 2 cases developed redness in the lower eyelid incision, all of this redness gradually disappeared in about 3 months. Through the follow - up, satisfactory result was obtained. Conclusion: The operation is effective to treat epicanthal fold, it' s convenient, reliable and lasting. Incision scar is indistinct and easy to be popularized.
