摘要
开放教育质量的保证固然有赖于教学资源的建设、教师的导学和完善的教学支持服务体系的建立,但关键在于学生自主学习能力的培养与开发。发展自主学习能力要受教学环境、教师个性与期望、学生的学习动机等因素的制约,要从学习需要和学习动机激发入手,采取差别化的教学策略,同时完善开放教育的教学评价机制,多途径培养和开发学生的自主学习能力。
Effective and quality distance education depends on the availability of learning resources,tutor's guide and the construction of learner support systems,and above all,the training of learners'abilities to'learn how to learn'.As the development of such abilities in learners is related to many factors including learning envi-ronment,tutor's personality and expectations as well as the learner's own motives,the author believes there are multi-channels towards the goal.Efforts should be made to motivate learners,to conduct individualized teaching and to improve evaluation mechanisms.
