摘要
本文报道了大鼠吸入^(239)PuO_2后所致肺泡Ⅱ型细胞(AT-Ⅱ)的形态学研究结果。实验用 Wistar 大鼠,采用口鼻式吸入^(239)PuO_2,在吸入后8和10个月分别处死大鼠,取肺组织制成超薄切片。除定性观察外,还用图像分析仪对肺组织随机切片的电镜照片作定量分析。采用形态计量学方法测试了18项参数。研究结果表明,大鼠吸入^(239)PuO_2后,AT-Ⅱ细胞的分化能力降低,肺表面活性物质代谢紊乱。
Morphological changes of rat alveolar type Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)cells were studied at 8 and 10 months following inhalation of ^(239)PuO_2 to elucidate the biological role of AT-Ⅱ cells in the inductionof lung tumours.TEM micrographs of random sections of lung were analysed qualitatively and quanti-tatively using an automatic image analyser.Eighteen morphometric parameters were obtained accordingto stereologieal principles.The results showed that,following the inhalation of ^(239)PuO_2,AT-Ⅱ cells be-came less differentiated and the metabolism of the pulmonary surfactant in AT-Ⅱ cells was disturbed.
