摘要
本文介绍了一种大量生物样品的简易灰化方法。该方法在传统的马弗炉灰化法基础上稍加改进,即在样品灰化过程中炉门始终启开,因而提高了灰化速度,灰化质量不亚于原方法。
The classical ashing procedure in muffle was modified for biologic samples.In the modifiedprocedure the door of muffle was open in the duration of ashing process,the ashing was acceleratedand the ashing product quality was comparable to that of classical procedure.The modified procedureis suitable for ashing biologic samples in large batches.
