综合“尿碘”的深刻内涵和生物学意义 ,提出正确和规范化使用尿碘指标的建议 ,强调具有代表性尿样的随意一次尿碘浓度只能用于评价群体的碘营养水平 ,而对评价个体水平则没有意义 ;
This paper summarized the real meaning and biological significance of 'Urinary Iodine' and made a suggestion on correct or standardized application of this term.It is emphasized that the urinary iodine concentration in the casual urine samples with representation could be only used to evaluate the iodine nutritional status for the population,not for individuals.The discussion was focussed on how to apply the indicator of Urinary Iodine.
