摘要
通过水流分析、港区污水处理设施调查 ,对规划期内 (2 0 10年 )港区水污染物的排放总量进行了预测 ,研究了天津港水污染物排放总量控制的分析过程与方法 ,根据现有技术和经济状况提出并分析了控制计划。
The procedure and method of total quantity control of water pollutant discharge in Tianjin Port is studied.On the basis of the analysis of flow and investigation of sewage-treatment plant in Tianjin Port,the total quantity of water pollutant discharge in Tianjin Port within the planning years (2010)is forcasted.A control program is put forward and analyzed from the existing technic and economy.
