SO_2工业尾气预处理工艺研究与优化

摘要 根据冶金工业尾气中SO2工业尾气的特点,通过对SO2工业尾气预处理需求进行分析计算,设计SO2工业尾气预处理工艺,并对工艺中主体设备的预处理任务进行计算分析。在优化的工艺条件下,对主体设备进行计算选型,使预处理工段主要考察指标满足SO2工业尾气的预处理要求。研究与优化结果:选择动力波洗涤器作为预处理工段的一级预处理设备,二级预处理设备为3台并联的空塔喷淋塔,三级预处理设备为电除雾器,并将空塔喷淋塔与电除雾器组合为空塔喷淋塔-电除雾器组合塔;动力波洗涤器出口尾气温度设计值为56℃,经一级预处理后直径大于5μm粉尘脱除率高于99%;通过优化设计后的预处理工段,尾气温度降至45℃,含尘量≤13.42 mg/m3,酸雾量≤10 mg/m3,杂质F,Cl基本全部脱除,以上参数均可达到SO2工业尾气的预处理要求。 SO2 exhaust gas pretreatment process was designed based on the characteristic of SO2 from metallurgical industry and the requirement for treating,and the capacities of primary equipment in the process were analyzed and calculated as well. Under the condition of optimized process,primary equipment selection was carried out,making the exhaust gas from pretreatment section meet the requirement. The results show that it is the best option to select dynawave scrubber as the first equipment,and three spray empty towers in parallel are used subsequently combined with the wet electrostatic precipitator chosen as the third pretreatment. Only by dynawave scrubber section for particles with the diameter more than 5 μm,the removal rate can be up to 99% at 56 ℃. After optimization design on pretreatment section,fluorine and chlorine are removed generally,and the whole parameters can meet the requirement for industrial SO2 exhaust gas with the exhaust gas temperature declining to 45 ℃,dust content and acid mist content less than 13. 42 mg / m3 and 10 mg / m3 respectively.
