摘要
介绍和分析了热镀锌生产中锌锅部件被锌液腐蚀的问题。对比了国内外抗锌液腐蚀技术的研究现状。并指出,为了进一步抑制或减少锌液腐蚀的发生,必须研究和开发新型锌液应用材料及先进的表面处理技术,以提高热镀锌生产中锌锅部件的寿命。
The problems of liquid Zinc corrosion of the bath hardware of galvanizing line were introduced and analyzed.The research status for the technology of providing corrosion protection was discussed.It is necessary to develop new bulk materials and surface treatments/coatings for life improvement of molten metal bath hardware and bearings in continuous hot dip process.
