摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺对一种Ni-Cr-Fe基合金组织及其力学性能的影响。研究表明,该合金中碳化物的主要存在形式为MC、M6C和M23C6;过高的固溶温度(≥1120℃)易使合金产生混晶,合金强度降低;而过高的一次时效温度和过短的二次时效时间,会使合金强度显著降低以致不能满足技术指标要求;采用合适的热处理工艺(1090℃,WC+850℃×10h+705℃×38h,AC)可使合金获得良好的强韧综合性能。
The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a Ni-Cr-Fe based alloy has been investigated. It's found that there exist mainly three kind of carbides in this alloy, that is MC, M6 C and M23C6. When solution temperature is higher than 1120℃, the grains tend to coarse and inhomogeneous impairing tensile property; When the first aging temperature and the second aging time is too high or short respectively, the tensile strength decreases obviously and can'nt satisfy technical requirement. The suitable heat treatment processes(1090℃,WC+850℃×10h+705℃×38h,AC) are employed, which can improve largely the toughness and strength of this alloy.
