摘要
本文通过大型发电机定子主绝缘的联合三因子加速老化试验,研究了主绝缘的介质损耗角正切tanδ的温谱随老化时间的变化规律,提出0 2Un下tanδ T曲线峰值对应的温度Tm可作为表征绝缘老化状态的特征参量,并对其随老化时间的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,0 2Un下tanδ T曲线峰值对应的温度Tm随老化时间的增加而逐渐升高。
In this paper,the multi\|stress accelerated aging experiment has been conducted on the stator bars of a large generator.The temperature spectra of dielectric dissipation tanδ of stator insulation at different aging time are investigated.It is found that the peak temperature Tm of the tanδT curve under 0.2Un shifts to higher temperature with aging time and can be used to estimate the aging condition of large generator stator insulation.At the same time,the geadient of the peak decreased with aging time and disappeared after final aging cycle.
