摘要
选取体重约60kg[杜× (长×大 )]杂交猪50头 ,按性别、体重随机分为5个处理组 ,每组2个重复 ,每重复5头 (其中一重复3公2母 ,另一重复3母2公 ) ,每重复单栏饲养 ,试验期间舍内最高温度39℃ ,最低温度23℃ ,平均温度30℃ ,平均湿度73 %。各组分别饲喂不同抗热应激剂的饲粮 ,对照组仅喂基础饲粮 ,4个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加VC500mg/kg、VE200IU/kg、大豆黄素10mg/kg 和牛磺酸400mg/kg,试验期39天。试验第36~38天 ,以Cr2O3 作外源指示剂 ,以每重复为单位收集粪样 ,测定各组饲粮干物质、粗脂肪、氮和总能的消化率。探讨不同抗热应激剂在高温条件下对肥育猪生产性能、生化指标、免疫指标和营养物质消化率的影响。结果表明 :试验期内 ,VC组和VE组猪的体温均低于对照组 (P>0.05) ,且第4周时达显著水平 (P<0.05) ;各组试验猪生产性能差异不显著 (P>0.05) ,VC组优于其它各组 ;VC组饲粮的干物质、总能、氮和粗脂肪消化率均高于对照组 (P>0.05) ,其它各组干物质、总能、氮和粗脂肪消化率均低于或接近于对照组 (P>0.05) ;从血清生化指标来看 ,各组间血清BUN值差异不显著 (P>0.05) ,试验组血糖均低于对照组 (P>0.05) ,VC组、VE组和牛磺酸组血清HCO3- 值、缓冲总碱和剩余碱值较对照组有所提高 (P>0.05) ;
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of anti-heatstressors on performance and metabolism of finishing pigs in the hot seasons.According to sex and weight,50 three-way crossbredTHE EFFECT OF ANTI-HEATSTRESSORS ON PERFORMANCEAND METABOLISM OF FINISHING PIGS$$$$ WANG Sheng-lin,LIN Ying-cai,ZHENG Li,JIANG Zong-yong,TANG Qin,DING Fa-yuan,JIANG Shou-qun,YANG Xiao-jian,YU De-qian(Institute of Animal Science,Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Guangzhou 510640,China)ABSTRACT:The experiment was conducted to study the effect of anti-heatstressors on performance and metabolism of finishing pigs in the hot seasons.According to sex and weight,50 three-way crossbred[Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshire) finishing pigs(60kg) were divided into 5 groups randomly and each group had two replicates of 5 pigs.During the 36-38th days,the nutrients(DM,GE,N and EE)digestibilities were determined with the experimental diets containing Cr2O3 as a marker.Pigs of the control group were fed a basal diet and other groups were fed diets supplemented with 500mg/kg vitamin C,200IU/kg vitamin E,10mg/kg daidzein or 400mg/kg taurine,respectively.The following were the results of the experiment lasting 39 days:there were no significant differences in growth performance among all treatment groups(P>0.05),but finishing pigs fed the diet with vitamin C showed better growth performance and feed efficiency than other groups(P>0.05),and its nutrients(DM,GE,N and EE)digestibilities were higher than that of control group(P>0.05),but the nutrients digestibilities were not significantly different among other groups.The serum urea nitrogen concentration of each treatment group was not significantly different from that of control group(P>0.05),and its serum glucose or cortisol concentration was lower than that of control group(P>0.05),and its CD4+:CD8+ ratio in serum was lower than that of control group(P>0.05).It was concluded that vitamin C,vitamin E and daidzein had better effect on improving growth performance and immune response of finishing pigs than taurine in a high-temperature environment.
