摘要
为了对柴油机的振动故障进行更加直观的诊断 ,探讨了二维信号处理 (图像处理 )在柴油机振动故障诊断中的应用。以柴油机工作循环为单位 ,排列柴油机表面振动信号 ,构成二维图像。利用数字图像处理的相关理论 ,获取信号图像的特征 ,进行状态识别和故障诊断。运用上述方法 ,对柴油机 5种状态下的振动信号进行了处理 ,根据图像处理结果 ,能够很好地识别柴油机的状态和故障 。
Vibration diagnosis of diesel faults is generally based on one dimension signal processing. This paper probes into the application of 2 dimension signal processing (image processing) to the diagnosis. According to the working recycle of a diesel, vibration signals are arranged to form an image in the 2 dimension space. The characteristics of the image will be gained by the digital image processing to make condition recognition and fault diagnosis possible. Five types of vibration signals are processed by this method. From the processing results, different conditions faults can be easily distinguished. The successful atempt made in this work opens up another way of the diagnosis.
