摘要
介绍了与西门子信号 (西安 )有限公司联合研制的铁路转辙机用电缆导通测试系统的结构、功能和特点 ,同时给出了整个系统的设计思想与实现方法。系统由工业控制计算机、数字 I/ O板和被测设备接线箱组成 ,利用数字 I/ O板可以收发电平信号的特性 ,实现了设备配线正确、可靠的测试 ,该系统已经成功地应用于生产实践 ,满足了铁路高速重载发展的急需。
This paper describes the structure, function, and special features of an automatic cable testing system for railway point switch, which was jointly developed with Siemens Signalling Co.,Ltd. The design thought and realization of the system are introduced. The system consists of an industry computer, a digital input/output card and a connection box. By using the property that a digital input/output card can receive and send voltage signals, the cable can be tested correctly and reliably. The system has been successfully used in Siemens Signalling Co., Ltd, which fit the needs of developing high speed, heavy load railways.
