摘要
利用建立的断电流暂态测量系统和提出的由-t·dV/dt~lg(t)图判断腐蚀体系时间常数个数和弛豫过程类型的判断方法,定性地确定了钝化膜随时间的变化情况。用这项技术连续监测了20~#碳钢和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的小孔腐蚀破坏过程。
Potential decay after interruption of the current in galvanostatic polarization was measured for passivated metallic electrode during pitting corrosion period by using a transient measurement system established by the authors previously. The number of time-constants of the relaxation processes during different stage of pitting corrosion was investigated based on analysing the decay data by plots of-t. dV/dtvs. lg(t). The experimental results for the systems of passivated mild steel and stainless steel electrodes in Chloride solution are in agreement with that obtained by impedance measurements reported previously.
