黄淮冬麦区旱地小麦品质性状的分析与评价 被引量:1

Study and Evaluation on the Quality Traits and Regional Differences of Wheat Varieties in Semiarid and Semihumid Areas of Huang-Huai Winter Wheat producing Region

摘要 对黄淮冬麦区半干旱半湿润地区的同一组区试的11个旱麦品种,测验其营养和加工品质等8个性状。综合评价表明,在本试验范围内,以河北省沧州、衡水等地小麦品质最优,其次是山东和山西等半湿润地区,而以河南嵩县和陕西的渭南品质最差。研究还表明:纬度与品质性状有密切关系。纬度高的地区,综合品质好,蛋白质,干、湿面筋吸水率高,但白度低。它们之间存在着极显著相关关系。另外,研究认为,河北省沧州和衡水地区可作为该麦区优质小麦生产基地。灰色系统理论综合评价与上述结论基本一致。 Eight traits including nutrient quality and processing quality of 11 different winterwheat varieties were examined using the same block experiments in different semiaridand semihumid areas of Huang-Huai winter wheat producing region.The results ofcomprehensive evaluation indicated that in the experiment range,winter wheat qualitiesin Cangzhou and Hengshui area in Hebei Province were the best,and the wheat qualitiesin Shandong Province are the next,and those in Weinan,Shaanxi Province are poor.Studies also showed that the traits of wheat qualities are also related to altitudes.The in-tegrated wheat qualities in the area with high latitudes are better.Protein contents,dryand wet gluten and water absorbtion in wheat are also higher with lower whiteness.There is an extremely significant correlation among them.Studies also show thatCangzhou and Hengshui area in Hebei Province can be taken as the fine quality wheatproducing area.Also the comprehensive evaluation of grey system theory is in basicagreement with the above results.
