新世纪新阶段 ,高校学报面临着机遇与挑战。学报要与时俱进 ,求生存求发展。未来高校学报改革创新的十大趋势是 :学报的地位与作用不断增强 ;始终坚持正确的政治方向和学术导向 ;办刊理念的改革和创新 ;变封闭办刊模式为开放办刊模式 ;以质量求生存 ,以特色求发展 ;追求质量与数量、社会效益与经济效益的统一 ;启动名刊工程 ,争创精品学报 ;管理方式和运作机制的改革 ;国家建立健全评估体系 ;
Journal of institutions of higher learming faces opportunities and challenges in the new century,and it should keep pace with the time to strive for existence or development.In reforming and developing it,there are ten trends,which are to enhance its position and effect increasingly;to persist in correct political and academic direction; to reform or innovate in the ideas of managing the joumal;to change the block managing mode into the open one; to seek existence with good quality and develop with distinctive feature;to go after the unity of quality and quantity or social and economic benefits;to set up program of famous journal;to reform the managing method;to establish regular system of evaluation and to modernize the ways of the editorship.
