摘要
中国的改革是一次重大的制度变迁。制度变迁的路径依赖理论强调"历史是至关重要的"。因此,我们必须很好地研究历史,研究我国制度变迁过程中存在的三重历史路径依赖,从中找出我国制度变迁中的若干路径和打破制度低效均衡的办法。
Reform in China is a great institutional change. The theory of path dependence emphasizes that'history is utmost important'. In order to find out that path dependence and the way out of balance of institutional low efficiency, we must research history well, study the three kinds of path dependence existed in the process of institutional change.
