摘要
本文针对剪切下料问题中存在的不足,从裂纹扩展的角度出发,以两个剪刃处产生的裂纹在扩展后必须相遇及保证剪切质量为前提,对剪切下料过程中影响剪切质量的径向间隙、轴向间隙、棒料直径及剪刃和棒料的接触长度进行了综合的几何分析,并以此为基础探讨了适宜的剪切下料方法。本文为径向夹紧剪切下料提供了必要的理论依据,实验证实了理论分析的正确性。
Aiming at the defect problem of stock shearing cutting,a comprehensive geometrical analysis of radial clearance,axial clearance,bar diameter,and contact length of cutting edge with the bar,which affect shearing quality in the process of cutting,is presented in this paper where, star ting with the considerationof crack spreading, it is taken as a premise that the cracks formed at the both cutting edges must encounter with each other to ensure cutting quality. Appropriate cutting methods are, then, discussed, based on this analysis and a theoretical foundation is provided for radial clamp shear. The analysis is verified by the experiment.
