摘要
通过比较分析不同纳米微粒浓度的镍/微米/纳米组合电镀的镀层性能,研究纳米微粒的引入对微粒沉积量、镀层硬度的影响。
The coating properties in nickel bath containing certain composition of micron particles and differet composition of nanometer particles are compared and analysed in this paper, the effect of nanometer particles adding on both of the particles content and coating handness is carried out.
