结直肠癌组织中P-gp、GST-π、Topo-Ⅱ和p53的协同表达 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :探讨结直肠癌组织中P 糖蛋白 (P gp)、拓扑异构酶 (Topo Ⅱ )、谷甘胱肽 S 转移酶 (GST π)和 p5 3的表达与病理组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移和生存率的相关性及其协同表达的意义。方法 :用免疫组化方法检测 136例术前未进行化疗的结直肠癌组织中P gp、GST π、Topo Ⅱ和p5 3的表达。 结果 :P gp、GST π和 p5 3的表达与病理组织学分级、淋巴结转移和临床分期无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与生存率明显相关 (P <0 0 1)。Topo Ⅱ的表达与本组临床病理参数均无相关性。 结论 :应用免疫组化法检测结直肠癌组织中P gp、GST π和 p5 3的表达 。 Purpose To investigate the correlation of co expression of P170(P glycoprotein), glutathione S transferase π (GST π), topoisomerase Ⅱ (Topo Ⅱ) and p53 protein, and histopathological grading, clinical staging, lymph node and survival rate in colorectal carcinoma. Methods One hundred and thirty six patients with colorectal carcinoma, which had not been treated by chemotherapy before surgery, were studied for expression of P gp, GST π, TopoⅡ and p53 protein using immunohistochemistry. Results P170, GST π, p53 expression were not correlated with lymph node metastases and clinical staging ( P >0 05), but with survival rate ( P <0 01). The correlation of Topo Ⅱ expression with these clinical pathological parameters was not verified ( P >0 05). Conclusion Status of the expression of P gp, GST π and p53 detected by immunohistochemistry is of actively clinical significance for clinical chemotherapy and for prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
