网络协同制造系统的构想与实现 被引量:12

CONCEPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COORDINATED MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

摘要 分析了目前制造业的现状,提出充分利用现有技术对制造系统进行改造是提升当前制造企业竞争力的必然之路。制造资源的封装是制造资源的智能化与网络化的基础,开放式体系结构的采用与基于CORBA规范的软总线结构的实现,是制造系统具有柔性的保证,异构制造资源之间的通信与协作使不同的制造资源能够快速地集成到系统的集成框架结构中,并能针对制造任务快速形成动态的组织结构,使制造系统在变化的环境中具有极大的敏捷性。 This paper has analyzed the current statues of the manufacturing enterprises, and proposed that the only way to promote the competition of manufacturing enterprise is to make full use of the advanced technology for manufacturing systems . Encapsulation of manufacturing resource is the basis for manufacturing resource to have intelligent and networked characters; implementation of open system architecture and CORBA-based specification software bus can assure the flexibility of the system; communication and cooperation among heterogeneous manufacturing resources can cause them to be C|uk'kly integrated into the integration infrastructure so as to realize the agility of the system in the changing environment.
