摘要
在对女性就业和女性职业生涯的研究中,已往研究较少关注时间配置的性别差异及其对女性职业发展的影响。文章认为,时间是职业发展的重要资源约束,时间配置的性别差异不是自然存在的,而是传统社会性别规范制约的结果。被性别化的时间配置对男女两性职业发展的差异有重要的影响文章从以下几个方面论证性别化的时间配置与女性职业发展的关系:1、时间配置和时间配置效益的涵义;2、传统社会性别规范下的时间配置的双重标准;3、职业女性时间配置的冲突性和外部性的现实表现与深层原因;4、职业女性职业发展归因与时间配置误区;5、职业女性时间效益和时间配置优化,
In the studies of women's employment and professional career, former researchers paid less attention to the sex difference in time - distribution and its influence on women' s career development. This article holds that time is an important resource restraint in the development of occupations , that instead of having a natural existence, the sex difference in time - distribution originates from the restraining of sex standard in traditional society, and the sexualized time - distribution greatly affects the dissimilarities in the development of occupations for men and occupations for women.
