摘要
本试验观察了13种稀释液在低温(3~5℃)和室温(15~25℃)下保存鸡精液的效果。根据预定标准,结果以谷氨酸钠的普通制剂——食用味精为主要成分的6号液、9—B液和9—C液被选为优等液。6号液在低温下精子生存指数为15.02±2.44(x±s),显著高于对照液的11.09±3.92(P<0.05)。9—B液和9—C液在低温下精子存活时间分别为35.5±6.38小时,34.4 3±7.78小时,显著高于对照液的27.07±7.89小时(P<0.05)。另外,4、5和7号液被选为良等液,其保存效果达到了对照液的水平(P>0.05)。
The storage effectiveness of thirteen kinds of chicken semen diluents at low temperature (3~6℃) and room temperature(15~25℃)were observed.The results showed that the diluents 6, 9—B and 9—C were screened as excellent ones in which the main component was edible gourmet powder, a common preparation of L—glutamic acid Na salt.During storing at 3~5℃ the sperm survival index of diluent 6 was 15.02+2.44, which was 35.6% higher than that of control (P<0.05) ; the general sperm survival time of diluents 9—B and 9—C were 31% and 27.2% longer than that of control, respectively (P<0.05).In addition, the diluents 4, 5 and 7 were screened as good ones and their storage effectiveness appeared to be the same as the control (P>0.05) at 3~5℃ and 15—25℃.
