摘要
准确性及稳定性是锅炉保护的重要指标 ,也就是说必须防止锅炉保护拒动及误动。湛江发电厂原设计的锅炉保护 ,在汽包水位保护及炉膛压力保护、发电机跳闸保护、火检冷却风压力低保护和锅炉灭火保护中存在一些问题 ,通过实际运行中的不断完善 ,从而提高了锅炉保护的准确性及稳定性 ,确保机组安全、高效、稳定地运行。
The accuracy and stability are significant indexes for boiler protection, that is, it is necessary to prevent the boiler from operation rejection and misoperation of protection. Some problems exist in the original design of the power plant for boiler protection, including the steam drum level protection, furnace pressure protection, trip protection of generator, cooling air pressure protection for flame detection and boiler outfire protection, which should be continuously improved. As a result, the accuracy and stability of the boiler protection will be increased to guarantee the safety, high efficiency and stable operation of the units.
