摘要
中国海洋石油要实现“九五”及2010年的计划目标，搞好勘探工作是关键，而勘探战略至关重要，勘探总思路是：集中与甩开并举，加强集中，重视甩开，提出了储量增长和勘探战略展开的具体方向及勘探建议，为了获得新的重大突破，讨论了战略探索的新思路和新领域。
Exploration and its strategy are the most important for CNOOC to achieve her Ninth 'Five Year Program' and planed aim of 2010. The principal thought of exploration is that enforce both on concentrated exploration and regional exploration, and pay more attention to regional exploration while strengthen on concentrated exploration. The concrete directions and proposals of regional exploration strategy to increase reserve have been presented. New thought and realms of strategic exploration have also been discussed for getting important breakthrough.
