摘要
根据新的磨蚀理论 ,设计了一种高铬耐磨蚀合金。该合金含有较高的铬和碳及一定量的铜 ,铸态下为典型亚共晶组织 ,在中性及酸性条件下的耐磨蚀性大大优于传统的高锰钢。为湿态酸性条件下理想的耐磨蚀材料。
Based on a new corrosion-abrasion theory,a high chromium alloy is designed.This alloy containing a large amount of chromium and carbon,as well as some copper,has typical hypo-eutectoid structures under casting condition.In neutral and acid medium,it has much higher corrosion-abrasion properties than hayfields manganese steel.It is an ideal alloy used in corrosionabrasion condition.
