摘要
通过建立数学模型 ,分析了超声振动钻削声学系统的动力学规律 ,探讨了工具杆局部共振现象的机理 ,得出了当工具杆发生局部共振时 ,变幅杆与工具杆联接处为位移节点且整个系统处于谐振状态的结论 。
By establishing the mathematical model, the kinetic laws of acoustics system in ultrasonic vibration drilling are analyzed and the local resonance phenomenon of tool rod are studied. It is concluded that during the local resonance occurred, the joint of amplitude transformer and tool rod is the displacement node, and the entire system is in a resonance condition. At the same time, the relationship between the adjustable frequency range of ultrasonic generator and the wear rate of tool rod is deduced.
