详细介绍了行业标准JB/T4 72 3的修订内容及原因 ,给出了标准中可拆螺旋板式换热器锥形平盖基础板的厚度、平盖中心处最大变形量、法兰 (和锥形平盖对应的下法兰 )厚度、钩头螺栓截面积等参数的计算结果 。
This paper introduced the revision content and reason of industrial standard JB/T4723 in detail, and gave calculated results of the following parameters in detachable spiral plate heat exchanger referred herein standard: baseplate thickness of the conical cover, the max.amount of deformation in the center of baseplate, thickness of the flange (down-flange corresponding to the conical cover), sectional area of hook bolt. It also offerred additional remarks for application of the standard.
