用HDDR方法制备NdFeCoZrBGaAl合金的磁性能

摘要 本文主要研究了“氢化 -歧化 -分解 -再复合”(简称HDDR)法制备永磁磁粉的工艺。探讨了歧化温度对NdFeCoZrBGaAl合金磁性的影响规律及微量合金元素对Nd Fe B合金磁性能的影响。结果表明 ,HDDR工艺制得的磁粉具有良好的综合性能 ,微量元素Ga、Al的添加会对磁粉的磁性能产生影响。制得磁粉的典型性能为 :Br=0 72 2T ,iHc =10 9kA/m ,(BH) m =83 7kJ/m3。 The process of permanent magnetic powder fabricated by 'Hydrogenation-Disproportionation-Desorption-Recombination' (HDDR)is focused.The effect of the disproportionation temperatures on magnetic properties of NdFeCoZrBGaAl alloys and the effect of microelement on magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B alloys were studied.It was found that the magnetic powder produced by HDDR process has good synthetical properties.Microelement Ga and Al will affect HDDR process.The magnetic powder produced by HDDR process has good magnetic properties,and it follows:B r=0 722T, iH c=1091kA/m,(BH) m=83 7kJ/m 3
