摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法:81例患者分为治疗组和对照组2组。治疗组42例在西医常规治疗基础上,加服中药汤剂及静脉滴注中药制剂;对照组39例以西医常规治疗。结果:2组疗效比较,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗COPD急性加重期较西医常规治疗具有明显的优势。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine(WM)for severe stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:81 cases were allocated to two groups randomly.The treatment group(42 cases)was treated by routine WM,herbal drug decoction and intravenous drip of herbal preparation,and 39 cases by only routine WM as control.Results:The total effective rate was higher in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:TCM combined with WM for COPD is superior than WM alone.
