摘要
利用超细材料烧结领域的一种新技术——脉冲电流烧结技术,对用高能球磨法制备出的WC—Co亚微米-纳米粉末进行烧结。样品采用JXA-840型扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等仪器进行分析和测试,结果表明:在脉冲电流烧结后获得超细WC-Co硬质合金,与传统的WC-Co硬质合金相比,超细WC-Co硬质合金具有更高的硬度(HRA92.5~94)和耐磨性,另外,通过实验获得了最佳的烧结工艺参数。
In this paper,a kind of advanced technology of pulse electric current sintering ultrafine materials is used to sinter the ultramicron-nano WC-Co powder by ball mill method. The samples are tested with JXA-840 scanning electron microscope (SEM)and their rigidity and abrasion-resistant measured. The results show that ultrafine-cemented carbides can be prepared by pulse electric current sintering process.Comparing with the conventional ones, ultrafine cemented carbides exhibited more superior rigidity(HRA92.5-94) and abrasion-resistant.In addition, the best sintering parameters have been obtained by experimenting.
