摘要
钢轨波磨受多种因素的影响,本文采用赫兹模拟准则进行实验室模拟研究,通过振动功率谱的分析,指出载荷、转速、蠕滑率对钢轨波磨波长的影响。分析了波磨的形成原因,指出轮轨系统的振动和轮轨接触表面之间的切向力的共同作用是波磨形成和发展的主要因素。
The rail corrugation is affected by various factors. The paper carried out the experiment about corrugation by using Hertz simulative rule, and investigated the effect of load, rotate speed and creep ratio on the corrugation wavelength by means of vibration power spectrum. The investigation shows that the factors influencing the formation of rail corrugation are mainly the tangent force on the contact surface and the vibration between rail and wheel system.
