摘要
本文研究了预先热处理对不同钛含量的18CrMnB钢奥氏体晶粒长大倾向的影响。结果表明,预先热处理对奥氏体晶粒度的影响与钢中钛含量有关。固溶态及正火态晶粒长大倾向较小,高温回火态,特别是软化退火态晶粒长大倾向较大。当钢中钛含量超过0.053%时,钢的粗化温度可达960℃以上,且粗化温度受预先热处理的影响较小,钛含量再增加,粗化温度提高不明显。
This work studies how the growth trend of austenite grain in 18CrMnB steel having different contents of Ti are influenced by the pretreatments. The influence of the pretreatment on the grain growth depends on Ti content. The growth trend of austenite grains is slight after pretreatment of solid solution or homogenization, but greater after high temperature tempering or softening anneal. When Ti content is more than 0.053%, the temperature at which the grains grow obviously could be up to 960℃ which is not influenced by pretreatment. If Ti content becomes more, the coarsening temperature will not change.
