摘要
对双层卷焊钢管用镀铜钢带质量与组织性能进行了全面分析研究。通过改善镀层质量等多种技术途径,使国产化镀铜钢带的质量、力学性能满足了国内外标准的要求。并且用其制成的双层卷焊钢管组织优良、性能符合标准要求,达到了国外同类产品水平。
This paper presents research results on quality analysis, microstructure and properties of copper coated steel strip (CCSS). By improving quality of plated layer and plasticity of steel strip, the quality and machnaical properties of the domestic CCSS, reach the level of exotic products. Thus, the properties and microstructure of copper brazed double-walled steel tube made of CCSS also come up to that of the exotic products.
