摘要
使用GH2132合金真空感应炉+电渣重熔1.0t合金锭,研究了锻造比对合金高低倍组织和室温拉伸、冲击,高温拉伸、持久性能的影响.确定该合金最佳拔长锻造比为3~4。
The 1.0t ingot of GH2132 alloy, produced by vacum inductive furnace and electroslag resmel-ting, is studied for determination of the influence of forging ratio on its macrostructure and micro-struture tensile strength at ambient and high temperature, impact toughness and endurance limit. The optimum drawing forging ratio for the alloy is 3~4.
