摘要
分析了全钢载重子午线轮胎各部位的胶料特点 ,提出了其混炼温度控制及均匀混炼措施。全钢载重子午线轮胎的抗撕裂、耐老化、高强度等性能使得胶料硬度大、门尼粘度高、升温快。混炼时冷却水温度应控制在 (3 0± 5 )℃ ,压力不低于 0 .3 9MPa ;终炼转速 15r·min- 1 ,时间 3~ 4min ;根据胶料性能采用 2~ 4段混炼 。
The features of varions components in all steel radial truck tire are analysed and the measures for controlling the mixing temperature and obtaining the homogenous mixing are proposed.The higher hardness and viscosity and the faster temperature rise of compound are necessary for the tear and aging resistances and the higher strength of the all steel radial truck tire.The temperature of cooling water should be controlled at (30±5) ℃ and its pressure should be controlled at higher than 0.39 MPa during the mixing;the final mixing is run for 3~4 min with 15 r·min -1 rotor speed;and 2~4 mixing stages can be used according to the compound properties and much attention should be paid to the addition order.
