钻井液润滑剂的主要功用是降低泥饼的摩擦,减少粘附卡钻和扭矩传递损失,工作环境不同,润滑剂的润滑效果相差很大。通过润滑剂性能的评价,找出了影响润滑剂润滑效果的因素及其影响程度,为现场正确评价和使用润滑剂提供了依据。
The main purposes of drilling fluid lubricants are to decrease friction of mud cakes and reduce differential sticking as well as torque transmission loss. If the working condition is different, the lubricating effect is also different. Through the evaluations of the properties of lubricants, the influence factors & degrees of lubricating effects have been found, which provides the correct references for field use and evaluations.
