摘要 Researches over the last decade have shown that depression is associated with various immunological and neuroendocrine changes including changes of immunocyte, cytokine, HPA axis, HPG axis, HPT axis and neurotransmitter. And there is ample evidence of conflicting results among the available studies. This paper summarizes the recent researches on these changes and the possible factors that may account for these conflicting findings as well as the effect of psychotherapy on depression .
