摘要
盐酸阿米替林(AM^+)是一种非电活性阳离子药物.Nafion修饰电极测定电活性阳离子药物如多巴胺(DA^+)、去甲肾上腺素(NE^+)等已有报道,而应用于非电活性药物的测定仅见T.Matsue的报道.本文将电活性的DA^+加到电解质溶液中,AM^+的存在使DA^+的峰电流降低,降低值与AM^+的浓度对数在2.5×10^(-7)~4.0×10^(-6)mol/L呈良好的线性关系,以此测定AM^+结果较好.
Amitriptyline is an electroinactive cationic drug. This paper describes the method for the determination of trace amitriptyline with .Nafion-modified glassy crabon electrode, and discusses its reaction mechanism. The peak current of dopamine is decreased when amitriptyline is added to an electrolyte solution containing electroactive dopamine. There is a good linear relationship between the extent of the decrease in the peak current and the logarithmic concentration of amitriptyline in the range of 2. 5×10-7-4. 0×10-6 mol/L. The detection limit of the method is 1×10-7mol/L. The recovery is 95. 3-106. 0%, and the C.V. is 3. 6%(n= 10).
