摘要
本工作用硝酸铈铵作引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作交联剂,将丙烯酰胺与洋芋淀粉进行接枝共聚,然后水解,从而制得了超高吸水性聚合物。该样品在室温下24h内可吸蒸馏水5085倍,远高于同类样品的文献报导值。对影响材料吸水能力的主要因素,如单体及引发剂浓度、氢氧化钠用量、水解反应时间等进行了较详细的研究,获得了最佳反应条件。
In this paper, we have reported a super-absorbent polymer, which was prepared from graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto potato starch used ammonium eerie nitrate and N ,N' -methy-lene-bis-acrylamide as an initiator and cross-linking agent respectively, then was hydrolyzed. The water absorbency of the sample is 5085(gH2O(g dry sample)-1 in 24 h at room temperature,it was found to be far larger than that of the has been reported irr the literature. The factors of influence on absorbency, for example, the concentrations of monomer and initiator, the amount of sodium hydroxide,as well as the time of hydrolysis have been studied. The optimums of preparing the sample have been obtained.
