不同共混方法对不同橡胶增韧聚丙烯体系的形态结构及性能的影响 被引量:3

FFECTS OF BLENDING METHODS ON THE MORPHOLOGY AND PROPERTIE OF POLYPROPYLENE TOUGHENED WITH ELASTOMERS

摘要 本工作采用双辊开炼机(R)和捏合锅(M)两种不同共混方法对聚丙烯(PP)分别与三元乙丙橡胶(EPT)和1,2-聚丁二烯(1,2-PB)进行共混,对所得两种共混物模压成型的试样进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察以及抗冲击强度和抗张性能的测试。结果表明,在相同时间和温度下,无论用哪种方法共混,EPT的1,2-PB对PP都有很好的增韧效果,但后者更优。从抗冲击强度和脆断面形态看不同共混方法对PP/EPT和PP/1,2-PB二种共混体系的效果是不同的,即对PP/EPT体系,以R共混优于M共混,而对PP/1,2-PB体系,则几乎没有差别。从而可以认为,共混方法对不同共混体系的效应是不同的;同方法时时间和温度等条件也是很重要的因素。 Double-roll blending machine (R) and kneading mixer (M) were used for blending polypropylene (PP) with eathylcne-propylene tcrpolymer (EPT) and with 1, 2-polybutatiene (1,2-PB). The blends obtained by these methods were press molded into specimens for morphology observation with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical property testing. Results obtained indicate that under the same conditions of time and temperature of blending ,both EPT and 1,2-PB are good tonghencrs for PP, irrespective of the two different blending methods used. However .from the results of impact strength and morphpolgy of the brittle fractured surface ,it is noticed that the effects of the two different blending methods on PP/EPT and PP/1,2-PB are different ,i. e. , for PP/EPT blends .blending with R is superior to blending with M, but there is almost no difference between these two methods for 1,2-PB. Hence, it may be concluded from the results of this work that the effects of these two different blending methods on different blend systems are different .while the time and temperature used in the blending porcess are very improtant factors.
