摘要
生物催化剂——酶具有的高效率和高度立体专一性是一般化学催化剂所无法比拟的,它们在有机合成中有极重要的应用价值。本文对酶在有机溶剂中的一些基础问题进行了讨论,对醇脱氢酶和脂肪酶在有机合成、旋光异构体的拆分方面的应用作了介绍,并讨论了用水解酶在有机溶剂中合成聚酯的可能性。
Enzymes have great potential as catalysts for use in organic synthesis, because of their high catalytic efficiency and stereoselectivity. As techniques for lowering enzyme cost become available,enzyme catalysed organic reactions are of great value as a new sythetic method. This paper reviews some practical applications of alcohol dehydrogenase and lipase as enantioselective catalysts in organic synthesis. The possibility of using some hydrolitic enzymers in organic solvents for the synthesis of polyester is discussed. Several fundamental aspects of enzyme in organic solvent are also considered.
