Abstract Raman and infrared spectra of ZY precursors have been meeasured。It is found that hydrogen bond combination is the primary cause of precurs or gather， and the space hindrance effect is the primary mechanism controlling the gather， The influence of PEG on gather control during temperature rise and water washing is discussed.
